Eligibility:
All members who have performed outstanding services for the Canadian Association for Co-operative Education during the 2009/10 membership year are eligible for nomination.  Although the award is available each year, the Nomination and Awards Committee reserves the right to withhold bestowal of the award.

Nomination Procedure:
Nominees must be members of the Association who have demonstrated service to the Canadian Association for Co-operative Education. Nominators must be members of the CAFCE.  In the case of CAFCE Committee projects, the committee may grant awards jointly to team members.

A nomination package must reach the CAFCE Office by the deadline (4:00 p.m. on April 20, 2010) to be considered. Please include the following documents in the nomination package:

1. Completed nomination form
2. Resume, CV or short biography
3. Letter summarizing the nominee’s contributions and service to CAFCE
4. Documentation supporting the claims made in the summary letter

Previous recipients received Service Awards for projects such as:

• Introducing and refining awards that celebrate the success of co-operative education in Canada
• Organizing and delivering effective professional development sessions to meet the needs of CAFCE members
• Developing resource tools to educate and inform co-op practitioners
